Together we learn better.

Before worship, join us for Sabbath School from 10 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. This is a time to join the church body in Bible study and ask questions. See our current Sabbath School Guide online. NOTE: there are multiple Sabbath School classes running concurrently each Sabbath:

  • Kindergarten (Kindergarten Room)
  • Primary / Juniors (Upstairs Room)
  • Youth / Young Adults (Library)
  • Adult (Sanctuary)
  • Adult (Friendship Room)
  • Adult (Upper Grade Classroom)

“Sabbath School is one of the most important parts of Sabbath. It gives us the opportunity for fellowship, mission understanding, outreach and one of the greatest parts, Bible study and discussion. What a privilege to be able to study our Bible and the Adult Bible Study Guide in a small group setting and make the wonderful biblical instructions practical for our spiritual experience the next week. No one should miss Sabbath School!”

Ted N C Wilson, president, General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists

What is Sabbath School?

Sabbath School is a function of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and some other sabbatarian denominations, usually comprising a song service and Bible study lesson on the Sabbath (Saturday). Sabbath School at Bay Knoll Church is held at 10 a.m., before church service on Saturday mornings. We hope you can join us to study the Bible and grow in faith and understanding.
